If an advert published by an agent , an instant automated SMS notification will be sent to the owner / selling party of the item/service /object of the advertisement with the corresponding web link into the www.lankaautoweb.com advertisement that was published .
www.lankaautoweb.com concerns there is No objection from relevant parties to keep that advertisement published in www.lankaautoweb.com and its marketing sites unless it was informed www.lankaautoweb.com via info@lankaautoweb.com to remove or change .
if www.lankaautoweb.com is informed about an advertisement as above , the request will be served as soon as possible within 24 hours .

Refunds 

None of the Paid Ads or Ad Promotion Fees (Super Ads) are entitled to a refund at any instance once the advertisement is published. But before the advert get published , A self advertiser can contact www.lankaauoweb.com and ask for a refund within 10 minutes of the submission of the advert .

All the agreed refunds will be directed to the payment-initiated media.

For agent mediated adverts www.lankaautoweb.com will not be responsible of any of the products or services advertised and the charges obtained for those. Hence if there is any discrepancy which you may feel should get a refund, the matter needs to be handled by the relevant advertiser of the classified AD.

Modification

www.lankaautoweb.comreserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on www.lankaautoweb.com  You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of www.lankaautoweb.com shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Applicable law

www.lankaautoweb.comis operated under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka. The courts of SriLanka will have the jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to the useof www.lankaautoweb.com

Return & Refunds  

In accordance with our return & refund policy,  www.lankaautoweb.com practices no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items for our auto mobile spare parts. Further more www.lankaautoweb.com will not be held responsible for third party advertised products and services or any of their charges. Hence refunds will not be made for any of such products and services.
